Sentricon is eco- friendly and approved by the Oklahoma Department of Food and Forestry and the Department of Housing and Urban Development as an alternative to liquid barrier treatments. Sentricon is a bait system that poisons the worker termites, thus destroying the termite colony. Liquid barrier treatments are merely a repellant that will wear off over time, much harder on the environment and not always effective.
Installation of the Sentricon Termite Colony Elimination System after construction is the easiest and most cost effective manner to protect your new investment. Unlike the liquid pre-treat, Sentricon is installed after final grade of the home, completely post construction. An added benefit for builders is the quality, value and peace of mind you offer your potential home-buyer. Unlike liquid barrier treatments, the monitored Sentricon System adds years of protection. Liquid barrier treatments are generally warranted for one year. They must be applied before the slab is poured and are not proven to provide years of protection.

Whether you are buying · selling · or refinancing; your real estate transaction is likely to require a complete wood destroying insect inspection and ODAFF- 1 report of the said property being purchased. It is generally the buyer of the real estate property that is required to purchase the inspection and report. This report can be presented to as little or as many parties involved.
Mother Nature's will provide this inspection and report. We also offer an inspection and report for wood destroying organisms. This is optional and it is to be performed at the same time of the termite inspection.
